Mixed Invitation - 4 Ball Stableford - Best 2 scores to count(Member & Member's Guests Only) Rules

1. Format: 4-ball Stableford. Yellow tees (Men) / Red tees (Ladies).
85% Handicap allowance.

2. Handicap index limit/adjustments: Men with handicaps higher than 27.1 will play off 27.1. Ladies with handicaps higher than 30.9 will play off 30.9. Equalisation shots do not apply.

3. Starting times: Tee times will commence from 9am off the 1st and 13th tees (subject to number of entries). Starting times and player information will be circulated in advance of the competition date via e-mail from the 21st of July.

4. Entries: Entry into the Mixed Invitation can be made by completing the enclosed entry form and returning to the Club office. The entry fee for this event of £100 will be taken from your member’s golf account, so please top-up if necessary. Entry fee includes a two-course meal after play and prizes. Entries are accepted on a first-come-first-serve bases.

5. Closing date: 7th July 2024.

6. Cancellations: We regret that no refunds will be given if a cancellation is made after 14th July 2024.

7. Local rules: Applicable local rules are as printed on the scorecard provided on the day. Any additions or changes to these local rules will be notified to you on the day of the competition.

8. Prizes/Results: The results/prize presentation will be presented as soon after the last card has been returned and it would be appreciated if prize winners could attend the prize giving. In the event of a tie, result will be decided on count-back.

9. Committee: This competition is organised by the Competition Committee of Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club who will rule on any dispute that may arise and their decision shall be final.
