Ladies Open - Bowmaker(Best 2 stableford scores from 3) AM Rules

1. Format: Three player Bowmaker Stableford Competition (best 2 scores to count). Played off the Red Tees. Full Handicap Allowance.

2. Eligibility: Competitors must have a handicap index of 26.3 or less (higher handicaps may enter but must play off a handicap index of 26.3). If the minimum entry requirement for the field is not met at the closing date, BMGC members will be considered.

3. Starting times: 2 x three tee starts from 9am (AM session) or 1pm (PM session). Start times and associated player information will be circulated in advance of the competition via e-mail. If you would prefer to receive your starting times by post, please provide a stamped addressed envelope.

4. Entries: Online Entry is preferred. You may also enter by completing the enclosed entry form and returning to ‘Opens co-ordinator’ at admin@brokenhurst-manor.org.uk or to the Club Office at Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club, Sway Road, Brockenhurst, Hampshire. SO42 7SG. Entry fee is £210 per team (includes competition entry, prizes, Coffee & Bacon Roll on arrival and a meal after play). Payment can be made via BACS or over the phone. We no longer accept cheque payments. Entries are accepted strictly on a ‘First com first served basis’. 

5. Closing date for entry: 1st May 2026

6. Cancellations: We regret to advise that no refunds will be given if a cancellation is made after the closing date of the 1st May 2026. 

7. Local Rules: applicable local rules are as printed on the scorecard provided on the day. Any additions or changes to these rules will be notified to you on the day of the competition.

8. Prizes/Results: the results/prize presentation will be presented as soon after the last card has been returned. Prize winners are expected to attend the prize giving presentation. In the event of a tie, a decision will be made on countback.

9. Committee: The competition is organised by the Competition Committee of Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club who will rule on any dispute that may arise. Their decision shall be final.

10. Personal buggies: Are permitted but must be pre-authorised by the Club Office. Please contact admin@brokenhurst-manor.org.uk for further information. The Club reserves the right to deny the use of a personal buggy if prior authorisation has not been obtained.
