Player information:

Registration opens at 08.30. The bar and kitchen will be open from 08:15.

Format: Individual Medal, played in 3's. White tees: Boys / Red tees: Girls. Handicap allowance 95%.

All Players handicaps will be checked against the England Golf/World Handicapping System on the 23 rdJuly.

LUNCH: A single course meal (Pizza & Chips) is provided to players after the round in the dining room from 13.30. Please let the reception desk know if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies.

SCORECARDS: After the round, please return your signed scorecard to the pro shop staff as you finish off the 18th.

CHANGING ROOMS & CLUBHOUSE: Changing room access and showers will be available on the day – social distancing measures are in place and should be adhered to in these areas at all times. We politely ask that all visitors to the club where a face mask inside any of the club buildings until seated.

RESULTS: Competition results will be published on the leaderboard in the Clubhouse as scores are submitted. They can also be found in the Opens area on our website.

PRIZE PRESENTATION: Prize presentation will take place in the clubhouse as soon as the last scores are returned and final results published. It would be appreciated if prize winners could be present at the prize presentation on the day. Prizes are awarded for: Best Gross Boys(1st, 2nd, 3rd), Best Gross Girls(1st, 2nd, 3rd), Best Nett Boys(1st), Best Nett Girls (1st).
