Reception

Coffee and bacon roll are provided on arrival from 08.15hrs.

Registration will open at 8.30am. All handicaps are updated with the England Golf World Handicapping System the day prior.

Competition Format

18 Hole individual stableford. Played in groups of 2s and 3s off the yellow tees.

95% Handicap Allowance. Maximum handicap index limit of 23 (higher handicaps must play off a max index of 23).

3 Tee start from 9.30am off the 1st, 7th and 13th tees.

Handicap Updates

All players’ handicaps will be updated overnight the day before through the England Golf World Handicapping System.

Lunch

A two-course meal is provided to competitors on a rolling basis after the round from 2pm.

Prize presentation

Competition results and prize giving is expected to take place as soon after the last card is returned at approximately 4.30pm. Dress code for the prize presentation is jacket & tie.

Two handicap divisions: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Nearest the pins on 5th and 12th

Longest drive on 16th

No competitor may take more than one prize.
