Player Information:

Registration will open at 9am.

The bar and kitchen will also be open from 9am

if you require any food or drink.

COMPETITION FORMAT

Individual Medal, played in 3's.

White tees: Boys / Red tees: Girls. Handicap allowance 95%. All Players handicaps will be checked against the England Golf/World Handicapping System on the 3rd August.

SCORECARDS

After the round, please return your signed scorecard to the pro shop staff as you finish off the 18th hole.

LUNCH

A single course meal of Southern Fried Chicken, Corn on the cob, Chips and BBQ Beans is provided to players after the round in the dining room from 2.30pm. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs or food allergies.

RESULTS

The live leader board will be displayed in the Clubhouse Bar area as scores are returned. Final results will then be published on the "Opens" page of the club's website and e-mailed to all players later in the day.

PRIZE PRESENTATION

Prize presentation will take place in the clubhouse as soon as the last scores are returned, and final results formulated. It would be appreciated that prize winners attend the presentation on the day. Prizes are awarded for: Best Gross Boys (Winner and Runner-up), Best Gross Girls (Winner and Runner-up), Best Nett Boys(Winner), Best Nett Girls (Winner).
