• REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT 12 NOON
• TEA/COFFEE PROVIDED ON ARRIVAL FROM 12 NOON
• A TWO COURSE MEAL IS SERVED AFTER PLAY ON A ROLLING BASIS FROM 5.45 PM. PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHANGE FOR LUNCH. DRESS CODE: SMART CASUAL.

FORMAT

• 4 ball better ball stableford over 18 holes.
• Maximum handicap index – men 21.7 / ladies 26.3.
• Men play off yellow tees and yellow par/stroke index.
• Ladies play off red tees and red par/stroke index.
• Handicap allowance: 85%.
• Handicap adjustment: ladies receive two shots (this will be printed on the scorecard for you).
• We have a large field on the day, so please avoid slow play and pick up if you are unable to score. Aim for 4 hours for 18 holes. Please check your time every 6 holes you should have taken 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Please make sure you are familiar with any local rules that are not on the back of the card.
• Please note you have 3 minutes to look for your ball, if in doubt, please play a “provisional”.
• There are two separate prize presentations - one for the morning competition and one for the afternoon competition). These will take place as soon as the last card has been returned.
• Prizes awarded for: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th for both AM Competition and PM Competition. Nearest the pin 3rd - Ladies / 5th – Men. Longest drive 16th – Ladies / 9th – Men.
• Wager hole on the 12th.
