Player’s Reception

Coffee and bacon roll are provided on arrival from 8am.

Registration desk opens at 8.15am – please inform the reception desk of any changes prior to commencing play. All Players handicaps will be checked against the England Golf WHS on Friday 21st July.

Lunch after play can be purchased from the bar menu.

Competition Format

Four ball better ball stableford over 18 holes. 85% handicap allowance. Maximum handicap index of 21.7. Single tee start off the White tees. Please return completed scorecards to the Pro shop after play.

Prizes awarded

1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th, 5th, 6th Place overall

Nearest the pin prize on the 5th and 12th

Prize presentation

To avoid the wait between early and later starting groups, there will be no prize presentation on the day.

Full results will be published on the “Opens” page of the club website and prize winners will have their vouchers posted to their home club. Dress code in the clubhouse is smart casual.

ON THE COURSE AND PUTTING GREEN

• A good standard of dress is expected
• Shirts must be worn and tucked in
• Golf shoes are always required
• Golf shorts should be knee length and worn with golf/sport socks
• Blue, worn or ripped denim jeans, track suits, and tee shirts are not permitted.

IN THE CLUBHOUSE

• Smart, clean casual wear is expected
• The wearing of; blue, worn or ripped denim jeans, track suits, and tee shirts are not permitted.
• Smart denim trousers are permitted at the discretion of the General Manager.
• Trainers may only be worn by minors at discretion of the General Manager
• Open toed sandals and deck shoes maybe worn without socks in the clubhouse but not in the restaurant area of the clubhouse.
