The drive needs to be aimed to the right side of the fairway as a slope will take it left catching the deep fairway bunker or even into the ditch which runs down the left side of the entire hole.
Your second shot is over a stream to a fairway that slopes from right to left so allow for the ball running a little to the left leaving a pitch to a long uphill green.
